The call center of JSC "Vinnytsiaoblenergo" has been operating since March 2014.

By contacting the Call Center you will receive information on the following issues:

• reasons for lack of electricity;
• the size of tariffs for electricity distribution;
• the order of connection to electric networks;
• the procedure for maintenance and repair of electricity meters;
• other issues of electricity consumption.

Information and consulting services are provided by the Call Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to a single telephone number 0 (800) 30 95 95 (calls free of charge on the territory of Ukraine and from mobile), or (0432) 65 95 95 (calls are paid according to the current rates of long-distance or long-distance language).
