We draw the attention of consumers that from 01.11.2015. according to the protocol decision of the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition №65 dated 10.09.2015 parameterization of multi-tariff meters is carried out for household consumers free of charge (1 time) in the following cases:
- initial parameterization of the zone meter when the consumer switches to a tariff differentiated by hours of the day (for new meters)
- re-parameterization of the zone meter in the first from 01.11.2015 consumer's request to change the type of tariff (if the consumer has a multi-tariff meter and wishes to change the type of tariff from normal to differentiated by hours of the day or to change the number of tariff zones)
